where and what does that do?

Either double clicking to open original message, click reply button from the ribbon or highlighting the email from the Inbox and clicking the reply button from the ribbon. Either/or don't make a difference.

We have a couple users that when they receive and email, open it and reply, it still shows it as "unread" in their inbox. I've reinstalled office 2010 and re-created a new outlook profile but it still happens. There isn't any pattern I can see happening since it can happen to any email and at...
