I've created new profiles on server 2008 r2 it only does it with users with multiple mailboxes within outlook, I've seen a few topics on this problem with exchange 2013 but no one has an answer :(!

Hi, We've upgraded to Exchange 2013 and since the upgrade emails are getting stuck in the outbox folder within Outlook. Now this is only happening with users that have additional mailboxes opened, all users that don't have other mailboxes open are fine. What would be causing this?
