    I forgot to add, that I don't want the emails cached to my PC, but pulled from the server, but not removing them. Thank you, John

    Emails downloaded locally, and removed from server

    In outlook 2010, is there a reason why the emails are being downloaded locally to a machine and then removed from the server? Is this a setting that is causing this to be removed? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, John
