Hello Diane,
I am using Microsoft's new To-Do app on my Android phone. It syncs my tasks with my Outlook 2016 account beautifully! It also allows me to make "lists" of tasks on my phone which appear as task folders in Outlook. My question is: Is there a way in Outlook 2016 to create a view that will include all tasks in all folders under Tasks? I have tried to create a new table view using View/Manage Task Views/New and I have selected All Task folders under Can be used on. However, it doesn't seem to see the new folders/lists created by the To-Do app.
I experimented by creating a new folder under Tasks in Outlook directly, but it didn't see that folder, either. Furthermore, if I add the column In Folder to my Table view, there is no information there, regardless of which folder my tasks are in.
My goal is to have a view that shows all my tasks across all folders, and then also be able to click on individual folders to see only what is in that folder. Is this possible?
Many thanks,
Caroline
