Auto Run VBA Code on new email

To use it manually, this line needs to go: Set outMailItem = outItems(i) replace with Set outMailItem = objApp.ActiveExplorer.Selection.Item(1) once you do that, these lines won't be doing anything Set outFldr = ActiveExplorer.CurrentFolder Set outItems = outFldr.Items For i = 1 To...

You can create pst that are not linked to the account. >> The second, is there a way I can use this PST when my backup disk is online only, and the if I open Outlook, it will not generate any error if the file is not able to be found (since the drive is not connected) ? >> You would need to...

How create a Rule to filter sender's email with more that one @ sign

You can use a rule for 'words in the address' - commailings would be the word I'd try. To use the script with a subfolder of the inbox use Set MoveFolder = Session.GetDefaultFolder(olFolderInbox).Folders("Suspected") Working with VBA and non-default Outlook Folders (

Information from user defined field into Excel

Accessing custom fields uses a couple more lines of code and will be easier to get the value in a variable, although not 100% required. You can't just say 'item.custonfieldname' though. Set UserProp = obj.UserProperties.Find("fieldname") If Not UserProp Is Nothing Then...

That runs using a rule, so yes, if the rule you'll have it apply only to mail downloaded by the desired account.

    Contacts in O365 have changed??

When you use search to find the contact, are you getting the People view? I get the people view, but I may have changed it because I hate the People view. But that shouldn't matter - double clicking on the contact should open the good form.

    Contacts in O365 have changed??

It sounds like you are using the people view. Either change the view or click the 3 dots under the name - that should give you edit contact, which opens the good form.

HowTo start a macro with an Button in OL contact form

You can call macros from VBA - but not from the vbscript in a form. (VBA and vbscript are two different programming languages). The stackoverflow question is calling it from task scheduler, not a form.
