I don't know what the context menu's view attachment command is. I would like to be able to go through a number of emails, open each email's shortcut, view it, then close it, all without having to use the mouse.
Here's the rule I'm trying:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
where my name is in the To or CC box
forward it to people or distribution list
except if from people or distribution list
or except if sent to people or distribution list
The problem is the last...
Ok, I'm not sure if I'm understanding this right and I have a better way of asking the question:
Does the rule condition "sent to people or distribution list" include when the email is sent by cc or bcc? If now, how can I include that?

One more follow-up question...Is there a way to remove the auto text that says a message was forwarded when it is auto forwarded due to a rule being in place?
I am setting up a rule to forward emails from one user to the other. I'm using the exception: "except when sent to" but it only does it when that user's email address is in the "to" box. How can I include the "cc" box with that exception.
