hi thank you so much for your reply actualy there is no attachment received but if i send him html with attachment he is able to read it even if i send an email from the same user to him self also same problem, i have forwarded his email to his personel email on gmail the emails are...

dears I am using outlook 2007 when I send a plan text email to one of my users he is able to view the content of the email but if I send him html he is not able to see the content I have removed the av from this system and I have removed the profile and create it again. kindly need help
