    I have added my Hotmail account to Outlook 365 (desktop), which is basically Exchange. In my Inbox, I've clicked on the From column to sort the e-mails into Groups. I've then collapsed the Groups. Is it possible to sort the Groups by most items first, rather than alphabetical? I basically...

    Maximum Categorize shortcuts in Outlook 2010?

    When we click on Home > Categorize > All Categories..., we see 21 entries. However, when we click on Home > Categorize, only 15 are appearing. Is there a hard limit of 15 in the Categorize menu, or is there a deeper issue somewhere?
