    Redirect would be an option, but would include the original sender (in the from field), otherwsie none of the mail flow rules will forward just the body. If you use office 365, flow should be able to do it.

    That is slow. Your pst files are puny. What other addins are installed? Does it load a lot faster in safe mode? To open Outlook in Safe mode: Close Outlook then hold Ctrl as you click on the Outlook icon. You'll get a message asking if you want to start in Safe mode. Click Ok.

    Don't uninstall it - you can disable it - it processes meeting requests so they will not autoprocess if not loaded. It should not be slowing you down though.

    Microsoft has a bad history with 'don't show again' in the browser - but at least for this one, it I staying away for me. Are you clearing cookies or using ccleaner? it could prevent the 'don't show' option from sticking.
