Hi Diane, Thank you very much. I used the wrong account to add the shortcuts. I am now able to add categories, however, I can see the categories just in the email and not in my email overview. Is there any option to change this.

I recently upgraded to Outlook 365 and downloaded the desktop version. I usually categories my emails with colour, unfortunately, I cant find this option anymore. Did outlook take it out or do I have to enable it somehow.

Is is possible to apply two rules to one email.
I subscripted to 2 group email addressees "support" and "development". I created a rule that all "support" messages move to one folder. If someone sends an email and cc'd "support" and "development" - the emails...
