That got me pointed in the right direction.
For Office 2013/365 it seems to be slightly different:
Click on the HOME Tab
Click on RULES
Click on CREATE RULE
Click on ADVANCED OPTIONS
Go to the 17th option down the column, the one about ‘words in senders...
