It's strange that MS didn't think of such a solution. I'm sure we aren't the only people needing that, and Lotus Notes has offered this decades ago. Anyway : what do you mean by DL ? Download a copy of the mailbox, is that it ?- covolume

Setting a delegate to not mark items as read
We have exactly the same problem... and no answer in the forums. I have 10 people reading the same mailbox, and everyone has to see every mail "unread" until he himself reads it. Did you find a solution to that ?- covolume
