Thanks Larry but what happens if I want to discontinue the series? Sometimes life changes and something I needed to be reminded up every week (usually a meeting -- completed later with meeting notes) is no longer necessary.

I actually tried them both (my Recycle Bin in Windows & Delete Folder in Outlooks) without any success. It's fine now. I've given up and just need to learn how to delete a recurring event without it deleting ALL of the past ones (including the notes). :)

I mistakenly deleted ALL of them (though had only intended to delete one). Now I would like to restore them AND the notes which they contained. In reading comments on this problem, it seems that the deleted information is supposed to be in the deleted folder. It is not there. Please help...
