Well, though i don't have a complete solution, i have found that i can create a search folder and put it in favorites, thus allowing me to search for all my text messages.
Unless someone has a better idea or solution, i'll have to settle for this...

I've installed outlook 2010 using Office Customization Tool on 70+ workstations.
further down the road, the exchange server name changed (part of server upgrade, long story.). When i create a new user profile in win 7, the outlook doesn't open because it can't find the exchange server.
I'm trying to set the path of a network PST file via Office Customization Tool
