Is this a pop3, Imap or Exchange account?
Has this worked before? If so, when did it stop working? Did you make any changes to the account?
One possible reason is the outgoing port number may be incorrect.
There are no settings in Outlook that would prevent you from getting email on your phone. Are you still receiving emails in Outlook? If so, then you may want to remove the account from your phone and reload it.
If you want to send an email to a group without disclosing the recipient's email addresses, you will have to create a Distribution List, or add the users to the BCC line instead of TO.
Unfortunately I don't believe you can. The problem with having alot of recipients in an email is that alot of mail servers might flag it as spam and some people won't receive the email. If you have a lot of recipients, your best bet would be to use a 3rd party mass email client. I believe there...
You may want to check to see if there are any rules setup to send those notification emails to another folder. Have you checked any of your other folders to see if they appear in there? What about in the deleted items folder?
You would want to setup a rule so that all emails coming in from your company's IT group would goto that specific folder.
In Outlook 2010:
1. Click on Rules > Manage Rules and Alerts
2. New Rule
3. Select Move Messages from someone to folder > Next
4. Select Where...

I don't believe you can group emails by domain. What you could do is create a folder for that domain, then setup a rule so that when an email comes in from that domain, you can set the rule to forward it to that folder. I am not sure if there is any other way to do it.
Are they on an exchange server? pop account? Depending on what type of account they have (Hotmail,gmail, etc.) they may have reached their limit for whatever is set on the server for whatever email client you are using.
