update: when i untick the use cashed exchange mode in the account settings ( tools--> account settings--> change --> use cached exchange mode)of the recipient, emails appear in inbox but thats not a solution cause i need this(cash mode) to be activated.
After a sudden exchange shutdown last night, internal emails in my company aren't reaching destination knowing that send receive shows success and email is leaving outbox. So in other words, everything seems normal but email never reaches the recipient. Any suggestions?
