Whats required to use BCM as a collaborative CRM platform?
How does all this work:
Currently we are using Intermedia's Exchange Server.
Will this require upgrading the service to include SharePoint as well?
Will each workstation need to run a local SQL database or is this managed via...
Is it still possible to link emails, to-dos, appointments, etc. with “tasks”? All I see is inserting outlook items as attachments and linking external sources i.e. urls file hyperlinks but no way to link the internal native outlook items anymore!
I hope MS isn’t removing functional CMS...
