    re-Attaching PSTs after upgrade to 2016

    We are gearing up to deploy Outlook 2016 (upgrading from 2013) and it seems that PSTs need to be attached manually. Is there a tool or option to automatically attach it (800+ users, probably about 100 have locally attached PSTs)
