Do you see that in all calendarS? AFAIK, that field is only visible when you view a shared calendar, not your own calendar.

I use QuickBooks although I wouldn't say that it directly ties into Office.

Do you have SP2 installed? It will allow more recipients in a DL but you may still run into problems if your SMTP limits the number of addresses per message. A mail merge would be better.

Can you find the messages if you search for them? This is cached mode, correct? Right click on the sent folder and choose Properties then Clear the offline cache. They should sync up after this.

Your font only gets picked up in replies because the stationery used by the sender doesn't define a specific font or font family. I've not experienced Outlook using some goofy normal style setting - replies uses my preferred styles - although it might happen if the sender uses stationery...

How you get the mail and contacts depends on what type of account you have configured in Outlook. PST files can be opened directly in Outlook; ost files can only be opened by the account that created them, so tyou'll need to use a conversion tool if you can't use system restore to go back...

Is the category removed from the contact or do you just lose the color? Open the contact and go to Categorize, All Categories and see if the categories are listed with (not in master list) following the name. Do you sync contacts with something- a smartphone or pd a etc.

MES isn't the problem, it does not scan email as it sent or received (or the contents of a pst). Did you try sending the message while outlook is in Safe mode? You can get into Safe mode by holding Ctrl as you click on the Outlook icon to start it.

Start times display if there is room on the calendar - so narrower calendar = no start times while wider screen = start times. Printouts generally include what is on the screen, however, there were several updates this fall that messed up calendar printing so its possible one of those updates...
