Outlook 2007 Repeatedly Requesting Password via Outlook Connector

I am using a hotmail (now Outlook.com) account which I access through Office 2007 Outlook. In 2007 Outlook, the Microsoft Outlook Hotmail Connector is repeatedly requesting my Live ID password. I give it every time, and it keeps on asking for it. I know I am giving the correct password...
