That is the problem. As shown in my original post, the list of recipients is blank. If I go to the Outlook contacts list, blank out the "display as" field and let it re-populate the form before saving, then it appears to work correctly.

Sometimes, and fairly often, when I send an email to a single recipient I get the following message, but the e-mail seems to get thru. It always shows a blank list under the "recipient(s) cannot be reached" section at the bottom. Any ideas or recommendations? Your message did not reach some...
