No, the zoom is set to normal. Changing it does not change where the line breaks occur which is the essence of the problem.

I have just got a new laptop with Win 8.1 and a new copy of Office Pro 2010. My problem is that HTML emails sent to me display in very narrow margins and even when I display the ruler there is nothing I can do to change them. Same emails viewed in gmail for example have perfectly normal margins...
