I've found a script online here

that actually does this already. It's very long and complicated but needless to say it was a copy and paste. Thanks again for your reply though.
Thanks for the reply Diane. I would have two questions regarding that approach; 1.) Would that still give me the headers so that my copy essentially looks like this (below). 2.) How would I go about copying form the original message?
