Thanks for the support. I ended up using get-mailboxstatistics to capture all the folders, then manipulated the results for the subfolders I wanted and created a script with individual set-mailboxpermissions ........
If anyone does figure out how to use ExFolders on Exchange 2013, Server 2012...
I'm trying to propagate folder permissions. There's a folder with hundreds of subfolders under it that I'd rather not do manually. can this be done in powershell?

not quite sure what you mean about rights. I'm using the domain admin account which is also a member of Organization Management and I can't even open the program so start looking at a specific mailbox
Has anyone gotten Exfolders to work in Exchange 2013. I've moved it to the bin folder, ran the reg import, still fails with appcrash
