Tried opening in safe mode, still sending attachments as .txt tried disabling mcafee and no luck finding any documentation online

thanks i'll give it a try, they are now getting outside documents coming in as .txt they are using Clear os for server os. mcafee on local machines and had this problem when using office 2007 and recently upgraded to office 2010

When sending 2007 or 2010 word or excel documents they are being received as Untitled attachment 00010.txt. and open as a blank word or excel file. I have changed from RTF to HTML or Plain text on sending and receiving machines and still no luck. changed for documents to open in word or...
