Hi OLnewbie, I'm a newbie to :) In Outlook 2007, go to menu Tools, choose Options, choose Mail Format tab, click on "Stationery and Fonts" button and under the "Personal Stationary" tab, disable the option called "Pick a new color when replying or forwarding". That should work.
