Outlook 2010 calendar shows the current month in the month view - 4-5 or 6 weeks whichever is the case. Is it possible tot always show 4 weeks - preferably with the current week in the top section?

A while ago I (accidentally) archived my Outlook 2010 diary. All the data older than 6 months are now in de file archive.pst I want them back in the outlook.pst file How do I join the data in these two files without losing anything?
