Yes, I keep the copies of all emails on the server (for all accounts). All of them are still there. I also tried selecting them as 'unread' but it does not make any difference. Outlook does not download any of the emails that were downloaded originally, even though I reinstalled the Outlook...

Thank you for your answer. I tried that many times, but even though it creates a new profiles it still does not download old emails. it only downloads emails that werent previously downloaded. How can I clear the 'memory'? where is that information kept? Thank you.
