Unopened message in inbox deleted and not in deleted items

Need to setup Exchange to forward all messages in one hidden mailbox to 2 users for 2 weeks

I have numerous email aliases. i.e. dsmith@domain.com, sales@domain.com, administrator@domain.com We use Exchange, Outlook and filtered in and out with an external Mail Filter When i receive an email all I see is my full name in the To: field. Is there a way to add alias to the To: field?

We receive a lot of pdf attachments that were created from Illustrator and need the Open With context to open with Illustrator. We just moved from Groupwise to Outlook 2010 with Exchange and were always able to right click and use Open With..
