I'm working on custom forms, how do I set a field (text) to prefix the name of the editor, I've seen it work where the edited text gets a prefix of [userid] gets automatically placed on the resulting file. Outlook 2003

I'm asked to devise a form that will serve as a Forum, boss want's this to capture Voting like behavior, and if possible view confirmation, is there a way to integrate the tracking options to a custom form? (Some experience, but basically wet behind the ears on this) :confused:
