I have 3 email accounts with my ISP. The 3rd one is showing 15 emails in the in box but when I click on it there is nothing there. I have checked and rechecked with the technicians to see if I have the spelling correct and they say it is correct. So besides bad spelling what else can be wrong?

I recently got a new motherboard and the helpful computer shop technician imported the email for me which now is in data files. Monday I set up email accounts (3) and they are going into the newly set up email inboxes but now how do I get all the old email from data files into the inboxes...
