I have a lot more email categories than anyone else, and a huge mailbox - 30GB not counting the online archive - so that's probably the issue here. Re: Message categories have been reset to purple All message category colors were changed to Purple Yes, Both OWA and Outlook No, I can change the categories to any color I want. I can create new categories and assign any color I want. Thanks!- barrytrujillo
