Message catagories have been reset to purple

Greetings! I have many color coded catagories in Outlook 2010. Recently they all have changed color to purple. How can I restore the old colors and prevent this for happening again? Screenshot: 2013-05-07_1037 - barrytrujillo's library Thanks!
