My Outlook notifications are off by 25 minutes

View the attached screenshot to see exactly what I mean: My Outlook reminders are "popping" 25 minutes early. I know the Exchange server is fine because all other members are functioning correctly. I'm using Outlook 2007 and am on Exchange 2010 any suggestions?
