field chooser

I wanted to show "IN FOLDER" as a column in my email on Outlook but accidentally dragged it from Field CHooser to above the headings and it has disappeared completely from field chooser! How do I restore it? Have I deleted it? Is my only solution to have the admin restore me to previous day?
