recipients

Hi, using Outlook 365 I have a LOT of guys named Chris both above and below me in various roles. When making an email I will type Ch and it brings up the first Chris in my contacts in the recipients block. Is there a way to designate them by initials maybe? That way CJ would go to Chris Jones...
