Hello,
I have used Alexa with Outlook for a couple of years with good success.
Recently, I had the PC rebuilt and upgraded from Outlook 2016 to 2021, since then, although the integration works fine, I cannot edit the events that I create with Alexa within in the Outlook app and I get the 'Your changes cannot be saved .....no permissions' message. I have researched the problem and see that there is a 'Turn on shared calendar improvements' fix, that said, its not an option I can find in 2021 Pro.
Calendar is from iCloud and edits directly, via Outlook and through my iPhone, interestingly I can edit ok viia the phone and that appear as an edit in the Outlook app with no issues, therefore, it looks like something withing the app thats not allowing me to make the changes.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
