Yahoo/IMAP folder rename by Outlook desktop 365

Hello,

On Windows 10, I am using Outlook desktop for Microsoft 365 (subscription based), and Outlook updates itself regularly.

I am using Outlook with Yahoo/IMAP.

While Outlook sometimes downloads messages twice...not a big deal to delete the extra messages, but the part that is frustrating is I can change an IMAP folder's name in Outlook, but upon restart, the folder names are changed back to their original names. Is there a setting in Outlook desktop that will make the folder name changes both in Outlook and Yahoo/IMAP?

Second question- Is there a guide somewhere as to the best IMAP settings for Outlook and Yahoo? Maybe a setting will fix the duplicate message downloads?
