Saving Send emails to a folder on the server

Diane, I get this error on Outlook 2021 on one of my clients. I the name to long?

Using any local path (copied from the address bar in file explorer - but not the documents folder (subfolder of documents ok) - does it work?

I copied this path in the file explorer \\JK_SERVER-PC\JKBrokers\Clients and it open the location
 
Anyone with an idea maybe as I am still struggling with this as I said the code works in Outlook 2021. The path is all so correct bt the BrowseForFolder dialog refuse to pop up. Path is "\\JK_Server-PC\Users\JK_Server\Documents\JKBrokers\Clients\"

I am so close to do a uninstall and reinstall. or upgrade to 2021. So frustrating
 
Still struggling with this OL 2019 and my search let me to Microsoft VBA for Outlook Add-in (as this add-in has to do with macros etc.) as this is not in the Com Add-in list. I tried to add it but I get an error stating that this is not a valid Office Add-in. Maybe I need to go the registry route but do not how. I know I have to use run regeditOUTLVBA.JPG
