Outlook Form ListBox is not editable

Outlook version:     2409 (Build 18025...
Email type or host:    Miccrosoft Exchange
I need to create an Outlook form that has both ComboBox and a ListBox.

I created the fields as shown in the images below. When I test the form, I can edit Combobox but the Listbox is not editable.

This was not a problem when I created a similar form just a few days ago. I am wondering if something has changed in my settings.


Below are the settings for the problematic ListBox

If the standard Properties look OK, another thing to check would be the Advanced Properties for the control. You might have inadvertently changed something (e.g. Enabled).
