Custom form now unusable

Operating system::    Windows 11 Pro
Outlook version:     Classic DesktopV2510
Email type or host:    Microsoft 365
Opening Calendar item created with custom form on Outlook Classic Desktop App (v 2510) and getting the message 'to prevent malicious code from running some items one or more objects in this form were not loaded'. Any way to load the form (without potentially opening the door to malicious code of course)?
 
Sorry, didn't search for the right thing initially so missed Kevin99's post (Aug 13) and Diane's response. I have now used the registry file provided in that thread which has solved the issue.
