Hi,
We recently upgraded our users from Office 03 to Office 07. Our environment is Outlook 2007 running under Exchance 2000. When I go into an account for a conference room, I am unable to see the calendar (when logging in as the resource). If I click on the Calendar, I get a grayed out window that reads "Cannot display the folder". If I log into my own account, I can view the shared resource calendar just fine. Beyond that, there is also an issue that the resource is also allowing double-booking, even though in Resource Scheduling it is checked to "Autmatically decline conflicting resource requests". I am not sure if the two issues are related or not, but I am at a dead end.
