Outlook 2003 - Importing contacts from Excel: option is missing?

Apparentlt you didn't install that particular importer. Put your installation

CD in your drive and run Office's setup. Use Add/Remove Features. Expand

"Microsoft Office Outlook", and make sure "Importers and Exporters" is

configured to "Run from My Computer". Finish the installation wizard.

Rerun set up and see if the text converters were installed.
