Automatically Categorize journal entries?

My post keeps disappearing.

Maybe this time it won't disappear and I can get some help on this.

How do you have certain file go into a certain category in journal? Each
day, I have to go into journal and set the category on files that I use every
day.

BTW, I am using Outlook 2007 on a laptop with Windows Ultimate.

Office 365 Exchange
You'd need to use VBA to assign the category. you could use a custom view
to assign category colors but that won't actually put the category on the
item so searching by category won't find it.

(To find posts, search google or bing for your username name and/or message
subject.)
