I'm pretty sure you can only have Exchange mailboxes in 1 Outlook
profile from the same Exchange org. We need to share some service
(fax) mailboxes with our sister companies users and they are in a
separate org. We do have a domain trust with them and I'm wondering
if there is any way to accomplish this? Any 3rd party tools that
anyone is aware of? I know we could forward but this is a shared
mailbox in which faxes are viewed but multiple users and moved and
archived. Forwarding to another mailbox will just cause confusion and
changes on the source will not be reflected.

Thanks for any info!

MAPI from one and IMAP/POP from another. IMAP to the one that matters
least.

View in their OWA. or if they have RPC over HTTP/s/Outlook Anywhere enabled
and open - create a second profile.

OWA is probably easiest.
