Outlook crashed after writing some letter in the line "forward".
1.This happen only to one of 650 users and dosn't happen to others.
2.MS Word is editor of letters.
3.Outlook dosn't crash, if lettet editor changed to "html" format, but MS
Word crash after openning and wrighting some letters in new doc.

In this case, outlook can be closed only with "end task" process. When outlook
is totaly closed,MS Word work with out errors and dosn't crash.
What happen?

Are there any Office related errors in the Application Event Viewer? Does
Outlook display any error message at all when it crashes?

Does this behaviour occur if Outlook is opened in safe mode?

Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe

If this is the case, open Outlook normally and disable all Add Ins. Add them
back, one at a time, testing inbetween to see which one is the culprit.
