We are using a Exchange 2007 system and are trying to implement

resources...... I have the mailboxes set up and they do show up just

fine when using the calendar assistant.....

But currently each of our inhouse divisions have seperate shared

calendars...... I'm sure they're not going to want to give those up

when we roll out resource scheduling to them.

Is there a way to make the resources calendar show up as a 'public

calendar' that everyone can view?

How would this be done???

You could grant "Default" the right to read the folder and then anyone can

open it using Outlook for viewing.
