Is there anyway for us to either review logs or something where we can see
who sent emails to a specific email address?

What version of Exchange? In any case, you can examine the message tracking
logs.

Hi,

You can check the logs. I don't think Exchange can send alerts. Do you
have an option of using a third-party tool? If yes, install Xeams
(http://xeams.com) along side your Exchange server. It can send alert
emails when a company policy violation occurs. It is free.
