Meeting Request - "Message Undeliverable" To Unknown People

Hi.

Everytime one of my users sends a Meeting Request to a certain co-

worker (let's say, "Jim"), she gets a reply back from System

Administrator that the message was undeliverable to another person

(let's say, "Rob," that was not originally included in the list of

recipients). Rob no longer works at this facility, and has been

removed from Active Directory. The contents of the reply from the

System Administrator looks like this:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Pleas ignore this email address.

Sent: 2/2/2010 8:42 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Rob on 2/2/2010 8:42 AM

The message could not be delivered because the recipient's destination

email system is unknown or invalid.

Please check the address and try again, or contact your system

administrator to verify connectivity to the email system of the recipient.

This does not happen when the user sends a regular email to Jim

only when she sends a Meeting Request.

Does anyone know where the problem is? I have checked in all the

obvious places, but I'm drawing a blank.

Thanks!!

"Jim" had "Rob" as a delegate on his calendar.

In "Jim's" Outlook, go to Tools, Options, Delegates and remove "Rob"

If "Rob" doesn't appear, I beleive you can use pfadm to find and remove "Rob"
