I'm having problems with the my outlook calendar.dot solution offered on slipstick.com. I've downloaded it and updated it to pull the event details for a printed report. It worked fine for weeks and the for some reason I started to get a runtime error each time I attempt to use it.

I can get it to work on other computers in the office, they too can run it for a while and then poof - runtime error. Automation Error (code 440) when I hit help. When I hit debug it goes to MY.SHOW and when I hit step into it - it hightlights Pulbic Sub SuerForm_Initialize (). I was hoping to contact the author, but the email address is no longer valid.

Anyone else out there trying to use that My Outlook Calendar.dot and run into problems? Any solutions?

Thanks - A

Anyone? Should I post this in the VBA forum? Should I hire a VBA programmer and have him/her take a look at it in our environment? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The vba forum (either or both the outlook vba and word vba groups) might be

better, but are you running it multiple times without closing word?

I'm not clear on what you are asking, but this is how I used the .dot.

I saved it in my documents. I opened the file by browsing to it, it would launch and pull a list of available calendars from my Outlook. I would make my selections (weekly, monthly, Sun v. Mon, etc.) and it would generate the calendar as a .doc. At that point I would make changes to font size and color as necessary and then save and close the .doc.

Maybe I'm using the .dot wrong? If so, please advise.

Thanks - A

There are 3 but they are similar, with minor differences. You could try one

of the others to see if it also errors.

Do you then close Word or make a few more calendars?
